Leading South East law firm, Thomson Snell & Passmore, has announced a 10% increase in fee income from the previous year, demonstrating consistent growth. The firm has reported fee income of £24.9m for the financial year which ended on 5 June 2021.
These results mark the eighth consecutive period of growth for the firm, despite the challenges presented by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Looking to the future, Senior Partner Joanna Pratt, alongside CEO Sarah Henwood and the rest of the firm’s senior management team, will be embarking on a new three year business plan. This consolidates key learnings from last 15 months of the pandemic, combined with ambitious organic growth plans.
Commenting on the results, Sarah Henwood said:
“Our latest financial results are testament to the firm’s long history of adapting and responding to change. These continue to be challenging times for all, with the pandemic reshaping ways of working across all industries. It has allowed us to really examine how we operate as a firm and to put in place measures to further improve our efficiency and effectiveness.
“We are embracing new ways of working and, as always, remain committed to keeping our clients at the heart of everything we do, while continuing to support our staff and local communities, as we look to the future.”
