Locate in Kent invites European fruit firms to enjoy a taste of Kent
Locate in Kent, one of the UK’s leading inward investment agencies, is inviting businesses in the fresh fruit and wine sectors from across Europe for a tour of opportunities in the region.
Taking place on Tuesday, 12 July and Wednesday, 13 July attendees from Austria, France, Germany and Switzerland will visit key research sites powering innovation in agri-tech, food production and viticulture, including Kent Science Park, the University of Greenwich Algal Biotechnology Unit and NIAB EMR.
The second day of the business discovery trip will include a visit to Fruit Focus 2022, the premier technical event for the fresh fruit industry, hosted by NIAB EMR, a world leading centre for horticultural and viticulture research in East Malling, Kent.
