Dartford in North Kent has been listed as one of Europe’s destinations to watch in a flagship report from the Financial Times of the best and brightest investment destinations in Europe.

After completing its construction, Panattoni, the world’s largest privately owned industrial developer, has handed over a 621,000 sq ft facility for Tesco, the UK’s largest retailer, at Panattoni Park Aylesford.

Plans to deliver two new developments have taken a significant step forward, with the submission of two planning applications that, if approved, are set to deliver transformational new leisure facilities and new homes in the Tonbridge & Malling borough. 

Albion Fine Foods, suppliers of produce and ingredients to the catering industry, relocated their warehouse and offices from Tonbridge to a brand-new industrial unit in Dartford. 

Senior representatives from University of Kent, Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust and Medway Council came together this week to celebrate the start of construction for Docking Station.
