Leading Spanish firm, Pacadar, are specialists in the design, manufacture and assembly of precast, pre-stressed reinforced concrete structures. They recently decided to open facilities in the UK with the aim to target the UK market place.
After careful consideration of many locations, Pacadar decided to locate in Kent due to the excellent connectivity with the River Thames and to reduce their logistics cost.
Locate in Kent supported Pacadar through their first UK based contract tender process. Providing them with advice, introducing them to potential suppliers and connecting them with the right people in order to obtain planning permission.
