In 2016 Cripps moved into new headquarters in Tunbridge Wells, the first substantial office building to have been built in the town for more than 25 years. The move was prompted by the firm outgrowing its existing Tunbridge Wells offices, and followed a ten-year search for new premises in the town. On 1 December 2018, Cripps merged with London-based Pemberton Greenish, creating a firm with over 450 people including 64 partners.
