The Kent Housing and Development Group – building a better Kent
High quality homes and commercial property play a huge role in attracting new businesses to the county. The Kent Housing and Development Group (KHDG) is a unique association that comprises land and property owners, developers of commercial spaces as well as residential and mixed use schemes across the county. Together they work alongside public sector partners including Kent County Council, Homes England and the Environment Agency.
The benefits of being a KHDG member include:
- The opportunity to be part of the partnership working to remove barriers to growth and delivering future economic prosperity to Kent
- The opportunity to discuss strategic issues with major public sector organisations
- Quarterly meetings, providing an excellent opportunity for networking and presentations on legal matters, planning, the environment, sustainability and design, as well as learning from other developers’ experiences and exchanging useful contacts
