Work has begun at a new state-of-the-art business park in Medway which will give local businesses the chance to grow.
Infrastructure works, including access roads and utilities, have begun at the southern site at Innovation Park Medway (IPM).
IPM, adjacent to Rochester Airport, is a prime development in north Kent which offers up to 100,000m2 of high quality, innovative commercial space in a prime spot between London and the continent.
The site is expected to become a magnet for high value technology, engineering, manufacturing and knowledge intensive businesses and boasts excellent transport links, networking opportunities and the chance for businesses to grow.
Businesses located in Innovation Park Medway will be part of the North Kent Enterprise Zone business community and have access to world-class research and development, as well as highly skilled talent through the four Medway based universities and college. IPM also has the potential to offer state-of-the-art meeting and conference space and business facilities.
Businesses looking to relocate or expand at IPM will also benefit from a simplified planning process. Building will be able to begin once the infrastructure works have been completed, which are due to finish in 2022.
Businesses wishing to express an interest in locating to the site are encouraged to contact our marketing agents, Harrisons, by emailing ipm@harrisons.property.
