Quinn Estates is a mixed use developer located in the heart of the Kent countryside. Developing both commercial and residential properties across the county.
Starting off as small developers, the company have grown to become a power-house firm within the county. In recent years, CEO, Mark Quinn, has driven the company forward, and been instrumental in a number of key developments across Kent including the Commercial Quarter in Ashford, Herne Bay Sports Hub and Stonegate Park in Shepway.
Having grown up in Kent, Mark feels the connectivity of the county has played a huge part in the growth and success of, not only his business, but the county as a whole.
Mark said “The introduction of HS1 has lead to a increase in price per square foot in values, and what that’s meant for developers like us, it has made Kent more viable and provided more opportunities for house builders to build more housing. Which in turn leads to people basing their businesses here”
