Leading South East law firm Furley Page has appointed a Partner with more than 20 years’ experience in commercial and agricultural property matters to its highly-regarded Commercial Property team.
Sarah Webster joined the firm this month after almost nine years as Partner and Head of Agriculture at another leading Kent law firm.
She becomes the second Partner in the firm’s eight-strong Commercial Property team and will work alongside Managing Partner and Head of Real Estate, Jeremy Licence, to offer advice on a full range of commercial property matters, including sales, purchases, leases and leasehold management.
She will serve as the new Head of the firm’s Agriculture and Rural Business team, which is recognised for its expertise by independent legal guides, The Legal 500 and Chambers UK. Sarah has also featured in both guides for her knowledge in the agriculture and rural sector for a number of years.
As agricultural businesses seek to diversify their operations, Sarah’s experience in commercial property and real estate enables her to provide rounded property advice to any modern agricultural and rural business.
